Signing up to the email list gives you a private link to the free videos. The link is meant for you only and is not for sharing, publishing, or resale.

The activities are recreational movement for the home. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child and for judging whether an activity suits the child. If your child has any health concerns, talk to a doctor first.
